Welcome to Little Robin Creates' shipping policy! We offer shipping for our goods to anywhere in Canada and the United States. All shipments will be sent via Canada Post, Canpar Express or Sendle.

Return & Exchange Policy

All personalized/custom orders are Final Sale. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made in spelling submitted by the customer. Please confirm the spelling of your item before you place your order.

All sale items and gift cards are Final Sale.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

How to return:

If you placed a full-price non-personalized order (an item without personalized text or images), you are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 30 days of delivery
We accept exchanges of non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
We reserve the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy
Non-personalized merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Personalized items may only be exchanged (not returned) if they are defective, or if we have made an error in spelling or product

International Returns:

We currently do not accept returns on international orders.
